I started PIVOT because I believe health should be your greatest asset—not a barrier. For over 15 years, I’ve helped entrepreneurs, professionals, and families reclaim their health—not just to avoid illness, but to thrive in their careers, relationships, and purpose. As a certified Yoga Therapist, Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when we blend modern science with timeless wisdom
But the real turning point came when my son faced a life-threatening illness. Conventional medicine reached its limits, and I was forced to look deeper. Through nutrition, yoga, and targeted lifestyle changes, I witnessed a transformation that changed my life—and my philosophy—forever. I realized that symptoms are not problems to fix; they’re messages. Clues to deeper imbalances we can decode and address.
That experience shaped the foundation of PIVOT. Here, we don’t chase trends or treat health like a checklist. We personalize. We guide. We simplify the overwhelming and bring clarity to the complex. Because when your health works for you, everything else—your performance, your relationships, your joy—falls into place. My mission is simple: to help you build a life where health fuels your potential, not limits it.

M.V. Reshma Rajesh is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Wellness Coach with over 9 years of experience specializing in therapeutic yoga for lifestyle disorders, chronic pain, and women's health. She is trained in Hatha, Power, and Aqua Yoga, and holds certifications from A1000yoga and MYT Delhi in Medical Yoga Therapy.
Her expertise spans musculoskeletal rehabilitation, prenatal and postnatal care, and mind-body practices such as pranayama and meditation. Reshma's approach blends classical yogic wisdom with evidence-based techniques to support sustainable healing and emotional resilience. She is known for crafting personalized, goal-focused yoga programs that restore balance and enhance well-being.
Dr. Charu Arora
(PhD, MSc, RD)
Chief Nutrition Coach
Dr. Charu Arora is a highly accomplished Registered Dietitian with over 9 years of experience in clinical nutrition, specializing in obesity, diabetes, PCOD, hypertension, and fatty liver. She holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition from the University of Delhi and AIIMS, and is certified in Low FODMAP and Fertility Nutrition.
She has served in key academic and policy roles, including as a nutrition consultant at NITI Aayog and Assistant Professor at Lady Irwin College. She is the founder of Sankalp by Charu, where she leads personalized lifestyle interventions rooted in evidence-based nutrition.
Dr. Arora is a SCOPE Scholar awarded by the World Obesity Federation and has presented widely at national and international forums. Her work blends scientific rigor with practical coaching, making her a trusted expert in therapeutic and preventive nutrition.
